INGREDIENTS:
150g (1/2 cup) chickpea and avocado dip
2 pieces rye mountain wraps
1 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
60g (1 cup) alfalfa and broccoli sprouts
PREPARATION:
Spread chickpea and avocado dip over wraps.
Sprinkle carrot, alfalfa and broccoli sprouts.
Starting from one narrow end, roll up firmly to form a log.
Cut each roll crossways into 4 portions and serve.
