INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of organic rolled oats
Half a cup of berries (fresh or frozen)
2 serves of protein powder
1 cup of water (add more if you don’t like a thick smoothy)
1 tbsp. of Chia seeds
1 tbsp. of coconut oil
2 tbsp. Macca powder
1 tbsp. LSA
1/2 low fat Greek yoghurt (optional)
PREPARATION:
Add ice, blend all together & enjoy =)
