Try my healthy dairy free protein pancakes – great for a post workout meal and fun to cook with the whole family.  I make them every weekend with my daughter she loves them!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cups of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ banana2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp chai seeds
  • ¼ cup water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; add water and blend until your desired smooth consistency.
