INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 cup natural Honey
1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup raw unsalted Peanuts
1/4 Macca powder
1/4 cup LSA
1/2 cup protein powder (Choc or Vanilla-Latte taste best)
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients together. Should feel like Play-Doh.
Roll into 3-4cm small balls.
Refrigerate to firm up over night

1 or 2 balls at least half an hour before a work out will help give you that extra boost you need!
