INGREDIENTS:
250ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1-2 Tsp coffee (you can use decaf if you want!)
1/2 Chopped Banana (fresh or frozen)
2 serves protein (I use Macro Mike)
Handful Ice cubes or frozen coffee cubes =)
1/2 cup organic rolled oats (for breakfast)
1 Tbsp LSA (optional)
2 Tbsp Maca Powder (optional)

NOTE:
For breakfast add 1/2 cup organic rolled oats to fill you up! You also don’t have to just stick to banana! Try different fruits for different kinds of smoothies.
