Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients together with a spoon mix well.
  2. Greece mini muffin tray with low fat non-stick spray.
  3. Divide evenly .
  4. Bake at 180C for about 20mins or until fluffy.
