INGREDIENTS:
Canned Salmon in Spring Water
Cucumber
Avocado
Carrots
Cabbage
1 wholemeal Mountain Bread wrap
Lemon Juice
Balsamic vinegar
dash of ginger and red pepper (optional)
PREPARATION:
Slice all ingredients up small, lay out along one short edge on wrap, add salmon.
Roll up tightly and cut into 2cm thick pieces….Like sushi! =)
Optional: Make a dressing of Lemon juice, Balsamic vinegar, ginger and peppers all combined for a little pep
NOTE:
If you don’t feel like salmon the sky is the limit. Choose any meat you enjoy and add in.
