INGREDIENTS:
4 Lean lamb steak or chops
2 teaspoon fresh crushed garlic
sea salt and pepper
2 heaped tablespoons fresh mint
vinegar
hot water
1 teaspoon stevia (optional)
PREPARATION:
Place lamb on lightly oiled oven tray. Marinade with garlic, salt and pepper.
Place in 200C oven until cooked turning occasionally.
To prepare mint sauce roughly chop mint and place in a small jug.
Cover half way with vinegar then add water till just covered. Mix well and add stevia to taste.
Serve lamb with ether garden salad or steamed greens. Dress lamb with mint sauce and enjoy =)
