INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. natural honey
2 cloves garlic crushed
3 slices of fresh ginger root
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1-2 tsp. hot sauce
4 single chicken breast cubed
1 large yellow bell pepper cut into pieces
1 small zucchini sliced into chunks
1/2 red capsicum cut into pieces
Kebab skewers
PREPARATION:
In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, honey, hot sauce, ginger root and garlic.
Add chicken pieces and coat well, leave to marinate for about 30mins. (up to one day)
Thread the chicken, bell pepper, zucchini and capsicum onto skewers alternately.
Pan grill on medium heat until chicken is cooked through turning occasionally.
Serve with a salad
NOTE:
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for about 20mins before use.
