• 600g ChickPeas (I buy the Macro organic ones from Woolworths)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Tahini Paste (Macro brand from Woolworths)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Juice of 1 lemon


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend well.
  2. Place in an air-tight container refrigerate!

This recipe  makes so much and for heaps cheaper than pre made hummus!
