This workout is designed to be hard and fast getting your heart rate exploding! Should take about 20 minutes total! No breaks in between exercises and only 30 seconds break between sets. If you haven’t got access to a battle rope just leave this one out, it’s still a killer workout without this exercise. If you have some extra time push for 5 ROUNDS!
