Officially this is my favorite lunch! First time trying it today and absolutely love it!

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup broccoli in small pieces
  • 1 small cucumber sliced
  • 1 hard boiled egg, slightly undercooked
  • 2 cups cos lettuce roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely grated organic cheddar cheese
  • Dash of french dressing

Method

  1. Season with herbs (if desired) and grill chicken breast. Put egg to cook and lightly steam broccoli
  2. Leave everything to cool
  3. Add all together in a salad and add a dash of dressing.
