INGREDIENTS:
100g lean steak
2 rashes bacon
1/2 avocado diced
2 cups mixed lettuce or baby spinach
30g ricotta crumbled
8 kalamata olives sliced
1/2 capsicum diced
1 carrot grated
Drizzle of olive oil
PREPARATION:
Mix all salad ingredients together in a large bowl, drizzle a little olive oil and combine.
Cook bacon in moderate non-stick pan, remove from heat and dice into small pieces. Add to salad.
Cook steak on moderate-high non-stick pan to desired preference.
Serve salad on two separate plates and slice steak to serve on top.
NOTE:
