INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rolled Organic Oats
1 heaped tbsp. low fat Cottage Cheese
1 serve Protein Powder (I used Maxine’s Burn Choc-Latte)
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (add more if the mixture gets too thick)
1 free range Egg
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients together in a blender
Cook as you usually would with a little canola spray oil to grease pan
Serve with your favorite fruit, with a drizzle of honey or sugar free Maple Syrup
NOTE:
I use 13x13cm little pans you can buy at K-mart for only $2!!! Feel free to change it up by trying a different fruit in the mixture. Enjoy =)
