1/4 avocado
1/2 cucumber
1/2 sliced banana
Big handful spinach
1/2 chopped apple
250ml water
6 ice cubes
Squeeze lemon
1/2 TSP ginger
1 scoop Protein Powder (i used brown rice protein for this one) – optional
